These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 111gam platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, and account services available at 111gam.net. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, household address, payment method, device, or IP address, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 111gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times for each method are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
All funds deposited into your 111gam Account must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. 111gam may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within the timeframe stated in the Cashier section. 111gam reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds, which may extend processing times. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 111gam.
111gam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
111gam will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform, including payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111gam, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
111gam's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount wagered by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
111gam makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
111gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect, where practicable. Minor corrections and clarifications may take effect immediately upon publication.
